Loren Cooke joined Solidifi in 2008 and was a key leader in driving the growth that transformed the business from a startup into one of the largest in appraisal management companies in the United States and a national title insurance provider. Mr. Cooke has a strong record of deploying technology solutions with financial institutions and was instrumental in onboarding the company’s largest mortgage lender clients. He has been President of Solidifi since 2015, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer to Solidifi’s parent company, Real Matters, in October 2024.
Mr. Cooke has more than two decades of experience in driving technology and business solutions within the financial services industry including real estate valuations, title insurance services, mortgage and loan origination technologies, mortgage services and data management. Prior to Solidifi, he held senior management roles at Davis & Henderson (Finastra) and Equifax Inc.
