Joseph graduated from UCLA as a Mortgage Processor. After being out in the field, he started to become interested in appraising. He used to work with an appraiser in a start-up partnership who encouraged and persuaded him to start the business with him. Joseph has been appraising since 1989 and has been a certified appraiser since 1993. He enjoys viewing different properties and meeting new people every day. Joseph is always ready to take an order, no matter what. Recently, he took a request from a local lender to appraise a home 150 miles away due to the original appraiser having to attend a funeral to ensure the file closed on time.
