San Diego is widely known as “America’s Finest City.” One of the reason’s is because it has miles of white-sand beaches and spectacular weather. The city of San Diego is number eight on the list of largest cities by population in the Unites States with more than 3 million people county-wide. With so many people, there’s definitely not a shortage of activities. The city is known for their world-famous San Diego Zoo which draws around 4 million people every year.
Demand for housing has gone up over the years with prices increasing due to a limited supply of available housing and new construction within the city of San Diego. The median sales price has increased for single family homes as well as condo properties within the San Diego market for the past 24 months. Within the past 12 months it is not uncommon for homes to receive multiple offers over the original list price, some of which are not even supported by the market.
