Rocket Mortgage Classic PGA Golf Tournament
Solidifi was proud to sponsor the Rocket Mortgage Classic in Detroit, a remarkable event making a significant impact in the local community. Through its charitable efforts, the Rocket Mortgage Classic has contributed over $8.4 million to local organizations, including $4.3 million for the “Changing the Course” initiative. This initiative helps connect Detroit residents to high-speed internet, digital devices and digital training.

J. P. Morgan Corporate Challenge
The Solidifi team recently attended the 42nd annual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Buffalo, NY. Last week, we joined the world’s largest corporate running event, a 3.5-mile race through the streets of Buffalo. It was a fantastic day spent with coworkers and connecting with our clients.
We’re proud to be part of such an incredible event that promotes fitness, teamwork, and community spirit. Thank you to everyone who attended and made this experience so memorable.
This marks our second year attending this event, and we already look forward to participating again next year. Here’s to many more years of challenging ourselves and building stronger relationships.

This June, Solidifi members celebrated the spirit of Pride by embracing diversity and standing in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community. Through meaningful events and initiatives, we demonstrated our commitment to equality, inclusion, and acceptance for all.

Appraiser Diversity Initiative® Workshop
What an amazing event it was for all attendees at the latest ADI (Appraiser Diversity Initiative®) Workshop – How to Become a Real Estate Appraiser in Largo, MD. Solidifi was proud to sponsor the event alongside JP Morgan Chase and the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTIST, the local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), to support all potential entrants to the appraisal industry.
Since its inception ADI has awarded 745 scholarships, 299 individuals are actively fulfilling education requirements, 133 have completed their education and 65 are working with a supervisory appraiser or are employed in the industry*.

beNeFit XI Fundraising Gala
On November 18th, a few team members represented Solidifi alongside our Rocket Mortgage partners and all supporters in support of the beNeFit XI Fundraising Gala. The event, with over 1,500 attendees, was sold out. Together, we helped raise an incredible amount of $10,522,273 to fund research towards finding a cure for NF (Neurofibromatosis).

Tammy Z Memorial Golf Outing
Solidifi was proud to be a sponsor at the 19th Annual Tammy Z Memorial Golf Outing in memory of Tammy Zionkowski, former CFO, who passed away from breast cancer in 2005. More than $180,000 went to The Tammy Z Memorial for Breast Cancer Research at the University of Michigan Cancer Center (Ann Arbor, MI), The Moonshots Cancer Research Program at the MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, TX) and The Pink Fund.

Stanford L. Kurland Memorial Golf Classic
Since its inception, the Stanford L. Kurland Memorial Golf Classic has brought together a community of generous sponsors and donors to raise critical funds and hope for those battling brain cancer. From life-saving treatment to cutting-edge research, the $4.7 million raised to benefit the UCLA Neuro-Oncology Program has already made a powerful impact. The Solidifi team was honored to attend the 2nd annual Stanford L. Kurland Memorial Golf Classic presented by PennyMac to help raise funds for the UCLA Neuro-Oncology Program in remembrance of Stanford L. Kurland.

Rocket Mortgage Classic PGA Golf Tournament
The Solidifi team had an incredible experience at the recent Rocket Mortgage Classic in Detroit. Together, we helped raise $1.61 Million for charity, with more than a third of that being earmarked to the PGA Tour tournament’s chief mission of ending the city’s digital divide by 2025. Thank you to all who joined us, and we look forward to another exceptional year ahead.

J. P. Morgan Corporate Challenge
On June 15th, J.P. Morgan Chase celebrated its 41st year of hosting the world’s largest corporate running event, spanning 15 locations across eight countries and six continents. The JPMorgan Chase Foundation celebrates the participants by donating to local charities.
A few Solidifi team members joined in on the fun and completed the 3.5-mile race through our hometown, Buffalo, NY. We would like to thank the entire team for their participation and support, as they cheered each other on throughout the day.
